In last week’s post, I told you my story — how, as the son of two doctors from the Jersey Shore, I eventually discovered natural, holistic ways to radiant health and, in particular, strong immunity.
When the scamdemic came along, my community didn’t succumb to fear — in fact, we knew it was coming and predicted it for years. We got to work looking for the best natural alternatives to spike protein and other contaminants in the jabs, just as we had for the dangerous childhood vaccine schedule and flu shot hoax (they have never worked and don’t work now).
Recent discussions (here, here, and here, for example) about the LISTEN study coming out of Yale (see preprint here) all see the problem with circulating spike protein from the COVID vax in the body for longer than advertised or believed. This is what we had warned about from Day 1 of the mRNA injections — they were going to contaminate the blood and human genome.
And what are the conclusions of the doctors and scientists looking into the problem of vaccine injury and what’s being called PVS (post-vaccination syndrome)? Too much spike protein is still circulating in the person’s blood, tissues, and fluids.
A Midwestern Doctor notes that detoxing the toxic spike load translates into improved conditions and a relief of symptoms:

Today’s post is about my updated Nutrition protocols to protect those who’ve been injected with spike protein, graphene oxide, nanotechnology, heavy metals, and mRNA. And this same protocol is useful to protect those concerned with the spike protein, nanotechnology, and graphene oxide shedding coming off those who’ve been injected. Additionally, this protocol is also useful to protect from other big pharma jabs and their impact (in general).
We now have evidence of the latest covid injections containing: mRNA, spike protein, graphene oxide, SM-102, nanotech, heavy metals, and numerous other potentially toxic substances (also, some—but not all—injections appear to be higher in graphene oxide and other dangerous compounds such as foreign DNA).

Shikimate Neutralizes the Spike Protein and Viral Shedding of Numerous Communicable Pathogens
The shikimate pathway in plants has been the target of the world’s most common herbicide: glyphosate. It turns out that this same shikimate pathway is involved in protecting us and our metabolism from pathogens and the spike protein. Coincidence?
Certain plant products in Nature contain a high amount of shikimate developed through this plant metabolism pathway, and these are important to ingest to protect ourselves from spike protein, vaccine shedding, and communicable pathogens in general.
Shikimic Acid (shikimate) helps protect against spike protein by inhibiting viral replication, reducing inflammation, and supporting detoxification. Shikimate, shikimic acid, and their derivatives also possess cancer fighting, antimicrobial, anticoagulant, and antithrombotic properties.
Shikimate Richest Common Sources to Counter Spike Protein, Viral Shedding, and Vaccine Shedding
Pine Needle Tea for shikimic acid or shikimate from green edible pine needles (for example, Eastern White Pine). There are toxic pine needles, so be careful! When drinking pine needle tea, drink the oil/resin that accumulates too! Because pine needles are considered abortive in cows, pregnant women are not advised to consume pine needle tea.
Fennel and/or Star Anise Tea: These are also an excellent source of shikimate or shikimic acid (which is known to neutralize the spike protein). Star anise is the plant that gives us the name of the shikimate pathway as this plant is known as “shiki” in Japanese.
Schizandra Berry Tea: Ranked in the top three of all superherbs on Earth—in my opinion and based on my experience. Schizandra berries are rich in shikimate amongst numerous other extraordinary properties. Of all the choices of shikimate in my diet, this is the one I select the most: Schizandra berry tea.
Sweet Gum (or liquidambar tree) spike fruits are an excellent source of shikimate. Interestingly, these fruits look like the Covid pathogen image presented to us in media, and these may be made into a tea to drink.
C60, Charcoal & Shilajit: Detoxification Strategies
One of the issues we are seeing with those who have been injected by big pharma covid jabs and other vaccines is disturbances in their energetic field (magnetism) and hot spots of inflammation. C60 is a rich-source of electrons and acts like a fire extinguisher to inflammation, and simultaneously (because it bio-distributes throughout the body) it drives a normalization of electron flow throughout the body.
In this category, we eventually developed several powerful products over the last 10 years. These include:
C60 (1-3 droppersful per day): Our traditional C60 product or Wolfe-Carbon-Detox in Organic Olive Oil. I have been making this product longer than anyone in North America. This is the original product formulation that started the entire category! An essential travel companion in a world of shedding and toxic contamination.
Fullerenol (3-4 droppersful per day): Fullerenol is the water-soluble C60 (nearly all C60 products are oil soluble). The water-soluble Fullerenol C60 aids the body in distributing the C60 molecules throughout the tissues in order to improve the overall efficacy and efficiency of the Carbon 60 strategy. Again, 3-4 droppersful of Fullerenol are recommended per day. This product is also incredible when sprayed on topically, and we provide you a spray nozzle for that reason.
C60 SuperConcentrate (1-3 droppersful per day): This product has an enormous electron charge or battery reservoir of electrons. It neutralizes pain and hot spots of inflammation extraordinarily rapidly. The C60 SuperConcentrate is made with Organic Sunflower Oil.
Carbon 60 Spray (3-5 sprays): Use this product liberally if you are experiencing a skin or tissue reaction at the covid injection site. Liberal use is 3-5 sprays, 3-5 times a day; let the spray soak in.
SuperCharged C60 (in capsules, take 1-3 capsules per day and up to 6-8 a day if the jab injury is acute): This is perhaps the most powerful product to protect those who have received 1 or more Covid injections. If someone has been directly injured, then this is my #1 recommendation as to what to take. If 5 bottles of this product are required, take 5 bottles’ worth over a month. Even though this is an expensive product, it is still vastly less expensive than big pharma and hospitals.
Remember: C60 is recommended to neutralize spike protein, graphene oxide, SM-102, heavy metals, and radioactivity.
In order to bind spike protein and carry it out of the body, you’ll need a complete binder, and for this, nothing is better than Kohlbitr Charcoal.
Kohlbitr Charcoal (2-10 capsules per day): Increase to higher doses as needed. Kohlbitr is a pre-eminent detoxifier and carbon source. When taken on an empty stomach, charcoal works its way down into the intestines and activates a blood purification process known as “interstitial dialysis.”
Birch Charcoal (2-10 capsules per day): Our Kohlbitr product is a powerful binding charcoal in the world and may be too strong for some people who are new to the idea of taking charcoal regularly. For these folks, we provide this more gentle birch charcoal.
Additional Support for Cellular Health
Having established that Shikimate Sources and Charcoal and Super-Charcoal (e.g., C60) sources are the most important part of Part 2 of this Spike Protein and Overall Jab Protection Protocol (we will see other critical elements of this Protocol in Part 3 that are equal to or more powerful than Shikimate and Charcoals), now is the time to lay out all the supporting compounds to protect our bodies from mRNA and Viral Shedding—basically, to protect our bodies from big pharma weaponized products.
Here is that list.
Shilajit: One pea-sized amount of this resin in hot water daily as a tea provides humic and fulvic acids. Ashless humic acids and humates are principal active ingredients of Shilajit. Humic acids are known to partially neutralize graphene oxide in aquatic environments. Overall, shilajit is not only a neutralizer of foreign proteins (such as vaccine pathogens), but also a detoxifier and a form of nourishment.
Nutritional Supplements
Enzymes:
Nattokinase (enzyme) and Natto: Take 2000-4000 Fibrinolytic Units per day (2-4 capsules) with or without food. Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. Natto (also rich in vascular protective Vitamin K2) and Nattokinase have a history of being used to prevent blood clots. The idea here is that the enzyme Nattokinase goes to work dissolving clots. I recommend cycling on and off Nattokinase (i.e., 3 weeks on, 1 week off).
Serrapeptase: Take 250,000-500,000 SPUs (2-4 capsules). This enzyme, discovered in the 1970s in silkworms, supports the body in many ways. Specific to side effects of spike, serrapeptase is a fibrinolytic, meaning it breaks down fibrin. Fibrin is key in blood clots, as well as scar tissue. Two known problems of the vax are excess blood clotting and myocarditis, inflammation of the heart that leads to scarring of heart tissue.
Bromelain: Take 200-400 mg (2-4 capsules). Bromelain comes from the rind, stem, and leaves of the pineapple. It is difficult to get a therapeutic dose from making pineapple leaf tea, so look for a quality supplement. As an anti-inflammatory and analgesic, bromelain lessens pain and swelling. But more important, it also reduces the “fibrin cascade” that creates a buildup of clots and scar tissue.
I recommend Dr. Group’s Ultimate Enzymes product, not only for these three enzymes, but also for the broad spectrum of other enzymes it contains that dissolve foreign proteins from vaccine shedding. I do not recommend other nattokinase enzyme products, in particular, because they could actually be serine protease and therefore would be ineffective.
Lumbrokinase: Take 360,000-720,000 LKUs (2-4 capsules). Like serrapeptase, lumbrokinase is found in a worm—not the silkworm but the earthworm. Another fibrinolytic enzyme, lumbrokinase supports the wound healing process, reduces pain, and protects against excessive clotting and scarring.
Iodine: Here the dosage depends on brand, and more is not better. Iodine is a product you have to start with small dosages and build up over time. Iodine neutralizes nanotech in the covid injections (that may also be showing up in other big pharma products).
Coated Silver (1-6 drops per day, depending on degree of exposure): Coated silver blocks the sulfur-bearing protein on the spikes from entering the cell. Sulfur-rich amino acids on the spike protein interact with silver causing them to fold incorrectly.
NAC (N-acetyl cysteine): Dosage: 900-1800 mg per day on an empty stomach. NAC accelerates detoxification and is considered the key precursor to produce the super detoxifier glutathione in the body. NAC is tough to find after the FDA recently made it illegal to purchase over the counter in the USA. Request NAC from your doctor!
Zinc (30-80mg per day depending on immunological pressure): Zinc is key to making ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine work for your immune system (more on those in Part 3).
Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU’s per day): This is the standard epigenetic dose that ignites the full capabilities of your immune system system.
Liposomal Vitamin C (30ml, twice per day): Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development, and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in collagen formation, immune system function, iron absorption, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Liposomal Vitamin C has been part of nearly every covid protocol ever created.
Quercetin (500-1000 mg, twice per day): One of the most potent antivirals ever discovered. I first became aware of the incredible bio-distribution of quercetin in edible plants throughout Nature by researching its special qualities as a yellow pigment. Quercetin is found in practically every plant food you have ever eaten! In addition, quercetin allows through (into the interior of plant cells) 380 nm of the spectrum of light which has important DNA nourishing qualities. Quercetin is now confirmed to be the primary active ingredient St. John's Wort. Other than St. John's Wort, capers and onions are unusually rich in quercetin. Although well known for its positive effects on respiratory health and against allergies, quercetin may yet prove to become one of the most important neutralizers of spike protein.
PQQ (20-40 mg per day): Pyrroloquinoline quinone or PQQ is an orange-red compound with blood purifying and anti-viral effects.
ReVein Peptides (3-5 capsules per day): ReVein Peptides may help to prevent blood clots and circulatory system damage. Peptides are short-chain amino acids (50 chains or shorter) that act as codes in tissues. In the case of ReVein, the amino acid code protects the cardiovascular system.

Other Superherbs to help disable spike protein:
Triphala formulations: In Sanskrit, the word Triphala means “three fruits” — a combination of Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), and belleric myrobalan (Terminalia belerica). The terminalia fruits are rich in shikimate.
St. John’s Wort: shikimate and quercetin are found throughout the entire plant and in the flowers.
Comfrey Leaf is rich in shikimate and tissue repair minerals (silica, calcium, magnesium).
Feverfew leaves and flowers are rich in shikimate.
Gingko Biloba Leaf is rich in shikimate.
Giant Hyssop or Horsemint (Agastache urtifolia) is also rich in shikimate.
Glycyrrhiza glabra, Chinese medicine’s licorice root, is high in glycyrrhizic acid, which inhibits spike protein. This compound is extracted from the root of the licorice plant.
Foods:
Citrus fruit, especially blood oranges, have a high hesperidin content. Hesperidin is a chalcone like quercetin that deactivates spike protein. Peppermint is also very high in hesperidin.
Carrots and Carrot Juice are rich in shikimate.
Dandelion Leaf: The common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) efficiently blocks the interaction between ACE2 cell surface receptor and spike protein D614, mutants D614G, N501Y, K417N and E484K in vitro.
Plant Sprouts:
Wheatgrass and Wheatgrass Juice: the young blades are high in shikimate.
Legume family beans are generally considered to be rich in shikimate. I have found testing of 5 sprouts and all were rich in shikimate: red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), moth bean (Vigna aconitifolia), soybean (Glycine max), mung bean (Vigna radiata), and alfalfa (Medicago saliva). All these were analyzed for their shikimic acid content during germination, so the sprouting process is key to activate shikimate production.
