Love the heart and testimony of Crystal. One thing is that the villi she describes are located in the SMALL intestine, not in the colon, and have zero connection to peristalsis. I mention it because it’s kind of a big deal to get that wrong about simple anatomy. Also, a fleet enema will not reach the descending colon, nor a bag enema, much. As a professional colon hygienist myself, I would not guarantee every client will feel amazing after every colonic because not all do, internal systems are complex tied to feelings, but when a client feels good after, they can feel REALLY good. Three colonics in three weeks, then 1X monthly at full moon barely scratches the surface, but a good place to start. For many people, that could be “over the top,” maybe even “excessive,” so each person is in a unique situation, journey, awareness. I myself would go the 4 weeks daily route which most couldn’t afford nor fathom. I otherwise greatly applaud Crystal and David for putting this out there.
